Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist customers in navigating and troubleshooting issues related to our radio streaming platform.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding account inquiries, subscription plans, and technical concerns.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Upsell and promote additional services or features to enhance the user experience.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in using computers and navigating various software applications.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
