Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents for our Travel Account. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for travelers, assisting them with various inquiries, booking arrangements, and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and assist travelers with their travel-related queries and concerns.
  • Provide information about destinations, flights, hotels, and travel packages.
  • Assist in booking flights, accommodations, and other travel services.
  • Handle reservation changes, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all customer interactions.
  • Uphold excellent customer service standards and promote a positive brand image.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Keep abreast of the latest travel industry trends and updates.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional language skills are a bonus).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for travel and a genuine desire to assist travelers.
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
