Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
  • Experience in computer hardware, network and software troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or Google Remote.
  • Ability to disassemble system units and laptops.
  • Hands-on experience using WordPress, Shopify, and Wix.
  • Know the basics in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and APIs.
  • Knowledgeable in Google Sheets formulas and automation.
  • Ability to use Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Experience in managing IT asset inventory is a plus but not required.
